Incoming kindergarteners through incoming 4th graders will be eligible to cheer.

CHEERLEADING REGISTRATION

Are you interested in being a Team Mom?

Does your child have a sibling playing football or cheering? (Cheer & Football practices are not at the same location or time. There may also be additional games required other than the sibling's games.)

If YES, please list the football player's/cheerleader's name:

I grant permission for my child’s photograph and/or video to be used in publications, newspaper, online, and other communications used by the SYFL.
