The league recognizes that the coaches are the nucleus of the League. Without the dedication of the individuals that agree to serve as SYFL coaches, there can be no program. We further recognize that individuals aspiring to coach in the League will have the opportunity to mold the impressions of the young players’ attitudes towards coaches and even the sport itself.
